Year 2 Lesson - Developing Strong Bones


Today we learnt that calcium, vitamin D and exercise can help us develop strong bones.  

We discovered that boys need to eat 2 serves of dairy each day and that girls only need to eat 1 1/2 serves. 


An example of a serve is a glass of milk or two pieces of cheese or a tub of yoghurt.
